Marijuana Legalization in PA

I believe that marijuana should be legal under some restrictions and circumstances in the state of Pennsylvania. For the regulations, I think it would sort of how alcohol is regulated. No driving under the influence, have to be 21, etcetera etcetera. Marijuana should also be allowed to be used in medical purposes. Since marijuana makes people hungry, it would be a good idea to allow cancer patients to use it. Cancer patients are never hungry because they become incredibly sick due to their disease and the chemotherapy to treat it, and they become frail, thin, and weak.
